Yes you can use a full fat milk to get better results.Yogurt is made by the action of bacteria. Go ahead put half gallon of milk in a pot and boil it perfectly.

The moment it starts boiling lift it and leave it to cool down for near about an hour. When it becomes a little warm, we are ready to move ahead in this process.

Take 3 table spoons of yogurt and easily mix them with the milk without stirring it.

Go head cover it with a plate or with a clean blanket. You will see after 8 hours ---this stuff will become thick (Microbes will turn the milk into yogurt)- now take it to the fridge and keep it safe for more than 2 hours- now it is ready to eat guys! Trust the process- it will give you the result- same is true with your life- trust the entire process!!!
