Tangy pudina aaloo (tangy potato with Mint)
Namaskar welcome to HEALTHY KITCHEN NAWAZI, today I will show how to make pudina aaloo .During fasting you can try this recipe .this is very delicious and tangy recipe. With potatoes, mint leaves, coriander leaves and cumin,you can make an amazing dish during fasting. So let’s start it.
Ingredients:
Green chili- 2nos
Mint (pudina) leaves -1/2 cup
Coriander leaves -1/2 cup
Clarified butter (ghee) - 2 tbsp
Cumin (jeera)-1 tsp
Boiled potatoes- 8-9 small sizes
Rock salt-as per your taste
Instructions:
First of all take a grinder jar, add green chili, coriander leaves and mint leaves with some water and grind it in coarsely.
Now heat ghee in a wok, add cumin and fry it for few seconds.
Add whole boiled potatoes and cook it for sometime or until potatoes become golden in color.
Now add prepared paste, rock salt as per your taste and mix it well.
Stir it continuously for five minutes so that it can be cooked well.
Crispy pudina aaloo is ready to serve.
