Spicy garlic chutney

This recipe is an Indian condiment made with red chilies & garlic as the main ingredients. it’s spicy ,hot, flavor packed recipe. this garlic chutney goes well with most snacks & and Indian breakfast. most of the Mumbaiwalas love this chutney as they have it with Wada Paav most favorite snack of Mumbai. Moreover, this chutney is also served with Khakhra – most favorite snack of Gujarat.

Ingredients                    

 

Chopped garlic -15 pods

Dry red chili - 4-5

Coriander seeds – 1tsp

Salt- 1/2 tsp

Cumin (jeera)-1tsp

Sugar -1 tsp

Lemon juice – 2 tsp

Oil – 2 tsp

Instructions:

First of all… dry roast the dry chili and make the small piece then remove the seeds and soak it in hot water for ½ an hour.

Now remove the red chili in to the water.

Take a grinder jar, add red chili, chopped garlic, coriander seeds, cumin (jeera) and lemon juice and grind it.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic paste and cook it for 2 minutes.
