is sweet potato halwa (Sweet potato porridge). This recipe is unique and very

Ingredients:
Sweet potatoes -2 50 grams
Khoya-2 50 grams
Sugar-2 50 grams
Pure ghee- 50 grams
Kesar-1 pinch
Chironji (cuddapah almonds)-20 grams
Raisins-20 grams
Boiled milk-half cup
Instructions: first of all… Boil the sweet potatoes after that remove the skin and grate it.
Add kesar to the milk and keep aside.
Chop raisins in small pieces.
Heat ghee in a wok or iron kadai and roast the grated sweet potatoes for 10 minutes/ until it smells good.
Now add chopped raisins and chirongi .
Put khoya and sugar in Kadhai and roast it on low flame. Let sugar dissolve properly, now mix milk and let it boil until it becomes thick.
