is Boondi raita . a classic yogurt based salad or dip recipe made with deep fried boondi pearls.it is typically served as cooling dip served with roti,chapati ,or for rice based dishes like pulao or biryani.it is very simple and easy to make as it requires very basic ingredients . Yes, Boondi Raita is very good for weight loss.

INGREDIENTS:
½ kg curd
20 grams boondi
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Roasted cumin (jeera) powder- 1 tsp
Salt -to taste
Instructions:
1-First of all, grind the curd in a mixing jar, remove it in a mixing bowl.
2-Now put the boondi in lukewarm water and keep it four to five minutes aside.
3-When boondi become soft then squeeze with your hand and add it in curd.
4-Now add salt and red chili powder and mix it well.
