Delicious Chana paneer tikki

This breakfast is very quick & healthy.It contains ample amount of iron.it is a good source of antioxidants which will promote heart health & reduce the risk of heart disease.

Ingredients:

100 grams black chickpeas

100 grams paneer

Finely chopped  green chilies -2 nos.

Finely chopped green coriander leaves -2 tbsp

Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp

Dry mango powder-1 tsp

Garam masala-1 tsp

Salt –as per taste

Oil-1 tbsp

Instructions:

First of all …clean the chickpeas with water and then soak them in a bowl of water.

First thing in the morning , boil the soaked chickpeas in the pressure cooker until 4 whistles, and  grind it

Grate the paneer, and add all the spices and grated paneer in to the grounded chickpeas and combine it well.

Now make balls from it please give shape of round tikki from  these balls .

Shallow fry this tikkis by adding 1 or 2 tsp of oil from both sides till it gets golden brown in color.

Serve it with Khatti Meethi Chatni and Love.
